Your workflow
Destinations, instructions, credentials, content, and authority.
You are responsible for what your sessions do and why. These terms define what you control, what brawsr provides, and what remains the responsibility of the websites and services your browser sessions interact with.
Destinations, instructions, credentials, content, and authority.
You are responsible for what your sessions do and why.Sessions, checkpoints, rewind, fork, inspection, and APIs.
Provided within the limits and lifecycle shown in the service.Third-party terms, data, availability, and accepted actions.
Rewind does not reverse an effect accepted by a remote server. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the brawsr website, documentation, console, APIs, SDKs, MCP server, managed browser sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). brawsr is the operator of the Service. “brawsr,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator. “You” means the person or organization using the Service.
By creating an account, accessing the console, using an API key, connecting through an SDK or MCP client, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that its members and users will follow these Terms.
Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for invitations, roles, API keys, OAuth sessions, client credentials, and all activity performed through your account or projects. Do not share personal sign-in sessions or publish API keys. Notify [email protected]promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Subject to these Terms, brawsr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal, commercial, development, testing, research, scraping, and automation workflows. You may build your own products using brawsr APIs, but you may not resell raw brawsr accounts, API keys, or service capacity as a substitute for the Service.
Service features are governed by the current documentation and by the limits shown in the console or API. Sessions, lifecycle operations, checkpoints, storage, forks, and session duration may be subject to capacity, concurrency, retention, and usage limits. Requests may be rejected when a limit is reached or when doing so is necessary to preserve service integrity.
Checkpoint and rewind operate on browser-side state. They do not undo a purchase, message, form submission, consumed token, CAPTCHA attempt, rate-limit counter, or other effect already accepted by a remote service.
“Customer Content” means data, code, instructions, credentials, browser state, page content, storage, checkpoints, and other material that you or your users submit to or process through the Service. You retain your rights in Customer Content.
You give brawsr a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, restore, fork, delete, and otherwise process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our systems, subject to the retention and integrity limits described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis required to provide and process Customer Content and to direct browser sessions to each destination. brawsr does not acquire ownership of Customer Content and does not use browser or checkpoint content for advertising or model training.
You may use brawsr for legitimate browser automation, including commercial products and authorized security or research work. You may not use the Service, or allow others to use it, to:
We may investigate suspected abuse using operational and security data. We do not routinely inspect browser-session content, but may access limited content when reasonably necessary to respond to your support request, investigate a credible security or abuse incident, or comply with law.
brawsr is infrastructure for controlling a browser. It does not own, operate, endorse, or control the websites, APIs, identity providers, networks, or content your sessions interact with. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for obtaining any required permission.
Third-party websites may change, block automation, revoke credentials, enforce rate limits, return inaccurate content, or become unavailable. brawsr is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, availability, or effects caused by actions you direct a browser session to perform.
The Service is currently offered as an early-access product. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove preview functionality as we learn from real workloads. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support response time, or long-term preservation guarantee applies.
Some preview access may be provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will present the price, billing period, included usage, taxes, and cancellation terms before charging you. We will not charge a payment method without your affirmative authorization.
You are responsible for exporting any results you need and for designing workflows that tolerate browser, network, destination, checkpoint, storage, and capacity failures.
brawsr and its licensors retain all rights in the hosted Service, website, branding, documentation, and non-customer technology. Open-source SDKs, MCP software, examples, and other published code remain governed by their stated licenses. These Terms do not override an applicable open-source license.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. Do not include confidential information in feedback unless we have agreed to receive it confidentially.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, non-payment, or material risk to the Service or another person. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
When access ends, your right to use the Service ends. Customer Content and account data are handled according to the Privacy Policy, configured retention, integrity constraints, and legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, and general terms—continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or preservation of data. We do not warrant that a session, checkpoint, rewind, fork, inspector connection, destination, or result will always be available, complete, accurate, or suitable for your workflow.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brawsr and its operators, suppliers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, credentials, browser state, or substitute services arising from or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid brawsr for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
You will defend and indemnify brawsr and its operators against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by brawsr’s own breach or misconduct.
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice through the Service, website, or account email when practical. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written order or separate agreement accepted by both parties form the agreement governing the Service and do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum.
